The differentiated layers of PE increase resistance to moisture penetration. The PA layer (external) protects against air entry. Vacuum packaging allows you to preserve various foods: meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, cheese, etc. In particular, it preserves aromas, vitamins and mineral salts in preserved foods.
