GioStyle S.p.A., a leading company in the indoor and outdoor storage market, strengthens the assortment of its catalogs with the acquisition of Gensini, a historic company in the production of household and garden items.
The important operation, concluded in recent days, brings GioStyle S.p.A to strong industrial and commercial synergies. The production capacity sees the integration of 40 employees, including workers and office workers, a production center of approximately 4000 m2 which includes 22 plastic molding lines and a warehouse of approximately 3000 m2 with a workshop dedicated to the production and maintenance of molds of product. The Bergamo company therefore goes from 15 to 37 production lines with the possibility of internally managing the development of projects and the production of articles, further consolidating its leadership in the reference sector.
The commercial lines are expanded by over 200 references in the fields of storage, home cleaning, bathroom, kitchen and ecology. Furthermore, the business will be extended to the sale of outdoor wardrobes and closets.
The commercial synergies complete the expansion picture, also bringing reverberations on the international level where the newly acquired Gensini boasts a consolidated presence on foreign markets where new sales channels for the Gio’Style catalogs can be developed.
